I don’t want a President, who talks to ghosts and dead people.
I will be very irritated if she does not answer this :
She claims that she is talking to dead people. She claims to have been advised by her long-dead guru (Dada Lekhraj who founded Brahma Kumari sect) through the body of head of Brahma Kumaris World Spritual University, Hridaymohini, also popularly known as ‘dadiji.’ WTF! I know that this Brahmakumari sect is one huge scam and has seriously affected the lives of people. To find that our Presidential nominee is not just a mere follower of this cult but also claims to have supernatural conversations with the dead in the 21st century is astounding. - Patrix

a) Accordingly only atheists with no criminal backgrounds need to take up responsible position – given this dwindling combination of ethics, its unlikely India will see politicians in the next few centuries…
b)All the past, present politicians are having some personal beliefes which should not be considered as practical aspects. A medical professor who lectures the students on ills of lung cancer and smoking, comes out of the class and puffs. When asked he says the first is my duty while the second is my personal problem!!!!

About a) Absolutely No. I never wished an atheist to be my president. I really don’t mind if a hard core believer (in his personal life) becomes president. But if he claims he had breakfast with his great great grand father today, which will be weird. I will be embarrassed to say my president talks to dead people. There is no thin line, but a great difference between a normal believer (like me and you) and extraordinary believer who talk to dead and have magical powers. This is my problem.
And criminal background, yes this should be mandatory. This person is not hard to find, in fact what was wrong with Kalam. ? (Other than he does not listen to Sonia).
About b) yes, technically yes. But there are still some things you definitely expect from such a person in his personal life. For example a kid does not expect his father to be a wife beater. His father may be a great man, but beating his wife is completely personal thing which is completely inside the walls of his house. The kid can not be made to keep quite telling father beating his mother is personal isn’t it. I can name several examples on this, where personal things matter. In this context here, I don’t expect my future president to have any extra human abilities. That’s all.

1. Who all were sources behind our Father of the Nation’s Death.

3. Who has all the bouty of Bofor’s Scam ?
4. Who were behind the bomb blast which killed Rajiv Gandhi ?
5. Why was Mayawati let off in TAJ Corridor Scam ?

I felt my list would never end so let her answer these 6 first then i can put more queries

a) Am cofused as to what an athiest is…on one side you woudnt mind him personally believing but difficult to digest he had a talk to somebody
b) Personal life should never be used to judge positions but presidents are exceptions.
Absolutely kalam did not have any problems like that except being a rubber stamp.

Thats the truth and truth has triumphed here. I mean that is what comes out from 10, Janpath Street, New Delhi is the only supreme truth in the country. Think of it.

There are lot many good and honourable ladies who make the presidential post a respectable one. I doubt if Mrs. Patil will be able to do justice to it.

1. if you want persons who are not into scams, murders and dadagiri, we need to have someone who has nothig to do with politics. president post is an honoury post and nothing else in india. so, why politicians? why not some scientists, teachers, economists, literary persons? Patil would not fit here.
2. talking to dead persons is a rough term for ‘divine revelations’. i think she is someone has a loose tongue and can really be a funny president. c’mmon guys support her we can get a ‘Dubya woman’ for this country.
I have nothing new to say except that we’ve sunk to hitherto unknown depths in electing the President.
