Agree. Picture quality is bad. I’ll try to find a better image over the net. It is an advertisement for public awareness. It reads “Kalpana chawla’s brother runs a small business in karnal” and below it reads “Don’t abort the girl child”.
What is the connection there ? I am sorry again for sounding dumb!

If her parents aborted her , wanting the guy child next. He’s just a small business man, and world knows kalpana. This ad says her parents did right decision. This is a public awareness ad for some parts of India where female/male ratio is alarmingly low.

having a girl child is not at all a sin……… girls are faraway better than boys in many ways! gender should not be the consederation if it all it is they r not the right parents to there children

Bach, That was a good percespective of reading the Ad the way you wrote.. I know kalpana is so big, she can never be equated to people who earned crores…. I feel proud about it.

You can accept the concept of Ardha naarishwara to be with the above lines.. anyway you will know this better when you see more of girls around.. I mean your wife , your daughter as the days goes on & you may as well authorise this statement
